Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change — a celebration of new life in Christ and a chance to share your story with everyone watching.

Whether you've just decided to follow Jesus or you're finally ready to go public with your faith, we'd be honored to walk into the water with you.

What Is Baptism?

An outward sign of an inward change

Baptism is a step of obedience that shows others we've personally trusted Jesus. He was baptized on the earth, and we follow His example — going under the water to identify with His death and burial, and rising out of it to identify with His resurrection.

Good things to know

Why should I be baptized?
Because Jesus modeled it and asked us to. Baptism doesn't save you — it's a public declaration that you've already trusted Jesus, are beginning a changed life, and are part of a new family.
I was baptized as a child. Should I do it again?
If you were baptized before you personally decided to follow Jesus, we'd encourage you to take this step now as your own declaration of faith.
Can my child be baptized?
Yes — if they understand what it means to follow Jesus and have made that decision themselves. We'd love to talk with you and your child about where they are.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you don't mind getting wet — most people wear a dark t-shirt and shorts. We'll have towels ready when you come up.

What do you actually do in a group?
Groups gather around a shared study or activity — some dig into the Bible, others are built around a hobby or a season of life. Most share a meal, a conversation, and a lot of laughs.
Are kids welcome?
Many groups welcome kids or provide childcare — just look for those details in the group listing.
