We have several new babies in our church family this fall, and we want to celebrate them well. Parents publicly commit to raise their child to know and follow Jesus, and our church family commits to walk alongside them. There's room for your child — pick whichever Sunday works best. Dedicating more than one child? Please submit one form per child.
